About Us

Addae Botanicals cold-presses Ghana's finest coconuts into premium cosmetic-grade oils — keeping value at the source for African farmers, and delivering the traceability that conscious beauty brands have long sought.

Our Process

Our Process

From grove to barrel.

Every step of our supply chain happens at origin — from cooperative aggregation to cold-press processing to traceable export. Quality stays at the source, and so does the value.

01

Source

Fair-trade aggregation

We partner with smallholder farming cooperatives in Ghana's coconut-growing regions, paying fair, transparent prices that keep durable income at the source.

02

Press

Cold-pressed at origin

Coconuts are cold-pressed on-site at our processing hubs into certified cosmetic-grade oils — preserving every nutrient and locking value addition into Ghana.

Verify

Farm-to-shelf traceability

Our technology tracks every step — from cooperative to cold press to export barrel — giving buyers the documentation their sustainability commitments demand.

What We Do

Three pillars. One ecosystem.

Cosmetic-grade coconut oil, an agro-education campus, and a farm-to-table experience — built on the same Ghanaian land, each strengthening the others.

Cold-Pressed Oils

Cosmetic-grade. Cold-pressed. Globally exported.

Pure coconut oil pressed on-site at our Ghanaian processing hub — cosmetic-grade and food-grade, wholesale to manufacturers, distributors, and conscious beauty brands worldwide. Every batch is traceable from grove to barrel, and every barrel carries the documentation our buyers' sustainability commitments demand.

The processing facility is the engine of the venture. It's how we capture value at the source instead of exporting raw coconuts and importing the processed product back. It's how Ghana's coconut growers earn meaningfully, and how the campus and experiences are funded.

The Campus

A ten-acre learning ground for Ghanaian agriculture.

Hands-on training programs in sustainable farming, eco and green business development, and youth agripreneurship — with food security at the heart. Aligned with COTVET accreditation standards, our curriculum is designed to match the real demands of the labour market and equip trainees with skills that are recognised and ready to deploy.

Cohorts are small and immersive, designed specifically for youth and women in peri-urban communities. Trainees see, do, and leave equipped to grow and feed their households, strengthen local cooperatives, and build the green enterprises that restore the food systems their communities depend on.

The Experience

Agritourism, retreats, and farm-to-table dining.

Guided farm tours, multi-day stays in eco-cottages, sunset dining sourced from our own fields, and corporate retreats designed for organizations who want their off-sites to mean something. Ghana, slowly experienced.

The experience side isn't a sideline — it's how international visitors fund the infrastructure that supports the training, and how the community story finds its audience. Each guest leaves having seen exactly where their coconut oil comes from.

What We're Building

A new model, by the numbers.

Ghana grows enough coconuts to supply a global industry. Today, most of that value leaves the country unprocessed. Here is the opportunity — and what we're putting on the ground to capture it.

Why Addae

What sets us apart.

Three reasons buyers, partners, and investors are choosing Addae — rooted in how we process, prove, and share value.

Aerial rendering of the Addae Botanicals campus in Aburi, Ghana.
Origin-pressed quality: coconuts and a cold-press at the Ghana hub.
Verified traceability: the journey from grove to cooperative to cold press to export.
Shared-value model: value created here, lives improved here, futures built here.
First

Origin-Pressed Quality

What commodity supply chains lose, we keep.

Cold-pressing happens on-site at our Ghanaian hub — within days of harvest, not after weeks of transit and refining. Every nutrient that gets stripped from refined commodity oils stays in ours. The same coconuts, processed correctly, at origin.

Second

Verified Traceability

Every batch, documented from grove to barrel.

Beauty and food brands face growing pressure to prove their sourcing claims. We give them what their sustainability commitments demand: a digital chain of custody from cooperative to cold press to export barrel. Compliance-ready by default, not by retrofit.

Third

Shared-Value Model

When you buy from Addae, the value stays in Ghana.

Most coconut value leaves the country before it's captured. Our model keeps processing, training, and infrastructure investment at origin — creating durable rural jobs and farmer income that compounds over time. Buying from us means buying into the change.
